ORDERING:

Killerbeads requires an opening order of $100 and reorders of $75, and most items are sold in sets of 6. Some merchandise is shipped in assorted patterns or colors. You may request to exclude a certain pattern or color. However we cannot guarantee your request.

PLEASE NOTE

For Florida retailers: A copy of your resale certificate must be mailed to Killerbeads before we can ship your order. (P.O. Box 18797, Panama City Beach, FL 32417) For all non-Florida retailers: A resale or tax ID is required when placing your first order.

SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt, via Federal Express or UPS Ground service, unless otherwise specified. Orders placed at trade shows will be shipped within 7 working days. Upon receipt of your order, please check it carefully and report any discrepancies or damages within 5 business days. Our Killerbeads customer service department will inform you of your credit options. Killerbeads will not accept any returns without an authorization number issued by customer service. Any items returned after 5 business days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

TERMS

First orders are always shipped COD money order or cashiers check or credit card. We do encourage our customers to use a Visa MasterCard or American Express in order to avoid COD charges. If you would like to establish COD Company Check or Net Terms for subsequent orders, please request a credit application form, or fax your credit application with authorizing signature to 850-233-2752 attn: Credit Manager. Please allow two to three weeks for credit approval. A negotiable credit limit will be assigned to your account. Past due accounts will be subject to a 1.5% per month service charge on all outstanding balances. Accounts that have a returned check will be charged $25.00 Past due accounts and accounts with returned checks will revert to COD money order terms or credit card.
